Waitlist registrations
When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, age, email address, and country. If you choose to submit a question via the optional question field, we also collect the content of that question.
Clinician enquiries
When you submit a clinician enquiry, we collect your name, profession or role, clinical focus area, clinical organisation name, professional email address, and your estimated number of suitable patients per year.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand how our website is used. This service collects aggregated, non-identifiable data such as page visits, geographic region, device type, and referral source. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information.
Why we collect your information
We collect waitlist information to manage early access to the HMES One program and to contact you about program availability and development updates.
We collect clinician enquiry information to assess suitability for clinical involvement in the Myogen Health development program and to follow up accordingly.
We do not use your personal information for general marketing. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How we collect your information
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a form on our website. We do not collect personal information from third parties or through cookies or tracking technologies.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your information may be accessed by Myogen Health personnel involved in managing the waitlist or clinician program, and by Google LLC, whose Workspace services we use to store submitted information. Google may process this data on servers located in the United States. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
Overseas disclosure
Your personal information may be stored and processed in the United States through Google Workspace. By submitting a form on our website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that overseas recipients handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Access to stored information is restricted to authorised personnel.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. If you ask to be removed from our waitlist or clinician register, we will delete your information promptly.
